NIKE BASKETBALL LIMITED EDITION 2012 ALL STAR FOOTWEAR

Nike Basketball is proud to unveil key colorways celebrating its pinnacle players competing in the 2012 NBA All-Star Game in Orlando later this month. Taking inspiration from space exploration, the collection features a galactic theme on the LeBron 9, Nike Zoom KD IV and Nike Zoom Kobe VII System. Graphics pay homage to the supernova – arguably the most powerful force in the universe – while the outsoles glow in the dark and individual ‘mission patches’ adorn each shoe as a nod to the accolades astronauts receive.

NIKE FOAMPOSITE “GALAXY”

Nike celebrates the 2012 Orlando NBA All-Star games with space exploration inspired footwear. The Nike Foamposite One, showcasing an out-of-this-world galactic print upper, includes a Polyurethane midsole and a Nike Zoom unit in heel for low-profile, responsive cushioning. Made popular in its debut on the college hardwood in 1998, the Foamposite breaks the mold of conventional footwear design.

NIKON D800

It look as if Nikon’s latest high-end DSLR, the D800, will be releasing soon. Word has it, this new 36.3 megapixel CMOS sensor camera will be capable of 7360 x 4912 resolution images and also possessing the ability to create 1080p digital video. AIR JORDAN IV “CEMENT” OFFICIAL IMAGES

Although barely into the second month of 2012, it’s safe to say this will be one of the top releases of the year when the Air Jordan IV white cement shoes drop. The official date for the retail release will be on February 18. There’s not much else to say about these classics. You all know what they are and where they rank amongst the best all-time sneakers. LANA DEL REY FOR VOGUE

For the first time Lana Del Rey is making the Vogue cover, which is obviously a pretty big deal for the up- and coming singer. The March 2012 issue of Vogue UK will feature Del Rey in Louis Vuitton on the cover, along with a full shoot inside the issue by Mario Testino. The issue hits newsstands on February 6th.
